Returns and Exchanges

WE’RE PRETTY SURE YOUR LITTLE ONE WILL LOVE THEIR LITTLE LID, BUT IF IT DOESN’T QUITE GET WORN THE WAY YOU HOPED, THAT’S ABSOLUTELY FINE.

We offer returns within 10 days and exchanges within 30 days of your order. Refunds, once approved, will be paid within 7 business days.

To get things started, just email us at JUSTIN@LITTLELIDS.AU with your order number and send the lid back to us in Sydney, Australia (return shipping is at the customer’s cost). In the rare case a hat has been damaged or broken by you, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
